Objectives: Recognize neonatal specific vital sign and laboratory abnormalities. Be able to identify concerning symptoms in a neonate and know when to begin a more detailed evaluation- specifically for sepsis, cardiac disease, trauma, inborn errors of metabolism and neonatal specific GI diagnoses. Feel comfortable managing a premature neonate and complications specific to this age group
