Description

• Amiodarone is a AV nodal blocker and therefore is contraindicated in patients with WPW and atrial fibrillation. • Wellens syndrome is defined as biphasic t-wave inversions (that go up first and then down) occurring in patients who are chest pain-free. • Oversensing the most common cause of pacers not working because the pacer is sensing unorganized electrical activity as QRS complexes when they are not.
