  • As part of the department leadership, works with Drs. Browne and Winters to establish and achieve the department’s strategic plan in the areas of patient care, education, and research
  • Manages the clinical operations of the PA and overall operations of the department
  • Oversees fiscal performance of the department
  • Supervises administrative manager, office manager, finance manager, and research team
  • Negotiates and manages physician services contracts 
  • Ensures faculty and staff compliance with UMMC, FPI, SOM, and/or UMB standards and policies
