Hi! I was born and raised in Massachusetts, but I might as well be from Baltimore at this point since I've been here since college. The city has great diversity and there are plenty of places to eat, have fun, and go out, no matter what your interests are. I went to Hopkins for undergrad and med school, then decided to move across town to come to Maryland, and I'm so happy I did. The program is strong and well respected within the institution for good reason. Our teaching and board review (and Dr. Mattu's EKG conferences!) are top notch, and our faculty are very approachable and enthusiastic about resident education.
Outside of school, I run obsessively, and my interests include baking (for my co-residents!), motorcycles, birds, and keeping my dogs out of trouble.
