Conference registration is refundable only if submitted in writing to the Conference Coordinator by September 16, 2019, less a 20% administration fee. Due to the high cost of course materials, the cadaver lab workshops will be assessed a 40% cancellation fee. Registrations and cancellations received after the September 16th deadline are not refundable.

Registration may be transferred to another participants at no charge, up to September 26, 2019.
